Booking information
Reservations
Members and affiliated or visiting members may reserve up to eight months in advance.
Peak periods
A RM30 surcharge applies during school holidays and national public holidays.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. Weekend and public-holiday cancellations require 14 days' notice; otherwise 30% of the daily room rate applies.
Late check-in
Late check-ins after 12:00 midnight are subject to room availability and apply strictly to walk-ins only. Rates quoted are without breakfast.
Confirmation
A room is confirmed only after payment is received, either by debit to the member account or cash at booking. This has applied since 1 January 1999.
